Hi and welcome!

I'm Dr. Nooshin Golshani (pronounced New-ShEEn Goal-SHA-nee), or Dr. G, (she/her) a Clinical Psychologist with a vast variety of clinical experience. I bring both knowledge and appreciation of the various stages we enter in life and the many issues and transitions that each of us encounter. I am open to working with you short-term or long-term.

My Approach

I offer a safe and inclusive space where you can explore the unique challenges you face while navigating the complexities of life. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, cultural conflicts, or identify as a highly sensitive or empathic person, I am here to support you. I also specialize and am certified in providing EMDR and supporting neurodiverse individuals or parents looking to support their children with varying support needs.

The whole person

My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing that mental health is influenced by various aspects of our lives. Together, we will examine how your personal, cultural, and societal factors intersect with your mental well-being. By integrating mindfulness and a deeper understanding of your experiences, we will work towards creating a fulfilling and balanced life.

You matter

I am committed to embracing diversity, and neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming in my practice. Specializing in serving BIPOC/Global Majority populations, I believe that every individual deserves a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. Regardless of your background or identity, if you are ready to engage in the therapeutic process, I am here to guide you on towards your therapeutic goals.
